The Southern Way: Issue No.4 is the third of the regular issues planned for 2008 and will feature the conclusion of the Brighton Signalling article as well as more on Basingstoke and the first of what will be an occasional series on the Callington Branch.
As before the regular features are not forgotten, unseen photographs from the Getty archive, Rolling Stock files, and of course the ever popular Permanent Way notes.
We also hope to include an article on the day Clapham Signal box collapsed and a station feature on Dorchester.
Plus Rough trips on the Footplate, proof the steam engine was unpredictable and certainly not always easy to work on.
